Costcutter unveils new-look Rhythm & Booze specialist off-licence chain

Costcutter Supermarkets Group has unveiled a new look for its specialist off-licence business Rhythm & Booze, which it acquired earlier this year.
The new, contemporary design has been created ahead of the launch of a franchise package for independent retailers that will be available soon.
The redesign features the traditional black, while and red brand colours, with a treble clef sign replacing the old ampersand.
As part of the rebranding excercise, new store designs, a revised fascia and in-store layouts have been introduced.
The package is currently being trialled in two stores ahead of its launch.
Richard Collins, retail operations director for Costcutter Supermarkets, said: “The independent off-licence market is not well-served at present, with very limited options that do not give retailers the best tools to develop successful businesses.”
